I replaced the screen on an iPhone 5c for a Chilliwack customer today. The client had purchased a 3rd party accidental damage warranty when I acquired the phone a week earlier but the warranty company wanted a $200 deductible in order to replace the phone. The agent even went as far as suggesting that he should look for a third party repair shop and that it would be less expensive… So much for that warranty.
Needless to say that the customer
Cancelled the $10/month he was paying.
