I was trying to flag emails on my iPhone for my multiple Google Apps account since the iOS 6 update but could not figure out why i was not able to do it. Well I was just a search away. Finally fed-up with the issue I googled it and quickly found the solution.
If you have setup your Google Apps or GMail account to use Exchange Active Sync you might have noticed that you could no longer use the nice little Red Flag to mark messages. The DOMAIN field under the Account Setting window is flagged as optional but if you enter Google or gmail.com in the field, you'll now be able to Flag your emails again...
