Broken Home Button Replacement

Yes, I do offer home button replacement but here is a quick solution that might hold you up for a few days if your home button is failing on you.

 With the venue of iOS 5, Apple has added many new features under the Accessibility Setting Section. One of which allows you to add a button over the screen that gives you shortcuts to many options one if which being the home button.

 

The two screens above show you what the button looks like and the screen that comes up when you press the button.

Having the home button as a shortcut will certainly makes your life easier if your home button packs it in. There are many other features available like custom gestures but as I have not explored the extend, I will leave it up to you to continue the research if need be.

iPhone XS Max Repair

 I haven’t had to repair many iPhone XS Max but I recently had a customer with a broken front screen and back screen requiring a new lease on life. The front screen is no problem but I do not repair the back glass at this time. Here is a nice little work around though and my recommendation at this time. Even as an iPhone repair shop, my recommendation is to get a nice case that will cover the back screen. YouTube is full of videos of people replacing the back glass and it is no small feat.
